
Mandarin Marmalade
Description
The recipe won't take much time. With this recipe, you can make not only tangerine jelly, but also use oranges or lemons. The result is a very tasty chewy jelly. By the way, in English-speaking countries, the word "marmalade" means citrus jam. The amount specified in the recipe yields approximately 1.5 kg of finished jelly. Serve chilled.

1. Wash the tangerines and grapefruits, leaving the peel on. Slice into rounds, then cut into quarters. Remove the seeds.

2. Place the sliced grapefruits and tangerines into a large saucepan.

4. Cook the fruits with water and sugar for 45 minutes over medium-low heat.
