Mandarin Cheesecake
Description
Homemade treats for tea. This cheesecake recipe is quite unusual, as it typically uses various berries (blueberries, cherries, raspberries, strawberries) or more familiar fruits (apples, bananas, pears, peaches). The dessert turns out to be diet-friendly and won't leave a trace on your figure. Besides, it looks very festive and appealing. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
