Mandarin puree

40 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can simply serve the mandarin puree with tea—it makes an excellent substitute for jam if you don't have any. You can use it to make jelly, add it when preparing compote, or use it as a filling for cakes and pastries. The puree can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, or you can freeze it and use it as usual after thawing. Serve chilled.
