Mandarin cookies
Description
Mandarin cookies are quite simple to make. The main difficulty is piping the dough from a pastry bag. The process is labor-intensive. To begin, try piping the dough onto the baking sheet. If that is difficult, add a little water to the dough and mix. You’ll manage, I’m sure. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
