Description

The recipe won't take much time. Do not substitute granulated sugar for powdered sugar in this recipe—sugar granules will be noticeable in the finished ice cream and will ruin the dessert. Choose seedless tangerines. Serve chilled.

    Prepare all the ingredients. The cream should be cold, straight from the refrigerator. Wash the tangerines thoroughly under running water beforehand.

    Peel all the tangerines and place them into a suitable mixing bowl.

    Using an immersion blender, blend all the tangerines into a puree.

    Pour the chilled cream into a large bowl and beat with a mixer until creamy.

    Into a bowl with whipped cream, pour milk, tangerine purée, and add powdered sugar; mix everything well.

    Place the smooth cream-mandarin mixture into a convenient plastic container for freezing, cover with a lid, and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Several times at 40-minute intervals, blend the future ice cream with an immersion blender.
