Raspberry trifle (layered dessert)

Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to tell you, serve it chilled.

Step 1
1. Blend the frozen raspberries in a blender until they turn into icy crumbs. Add the egg whites and sugar, then beat the mixture with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed.

2. Beat the mixture for 5 minutes until it increases in volume. Place the cream in the refrigerator. Whip the cold cream with sugar until thick. Assemble the dessert: carefully spread the cream on the bottom of the glass.

3. Place the cookies on top, previously dipped in prepared cocoa. Then add another layer of cream, strawberries, blackberries, whipped cream, cookies, and cream again.

4. Pour the dessert with raspberry jam.
