Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Raspberry pudding can be made using either frozen or fresh berries. You won't notice any difference in taste. It also doesn't affect the cooking process. Keep in mind that the dessert has a pronounced sweet flavor. If you're not fond of very sweet foods, you can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Slightly thaw the raspberries, drain in a sieve, and rub through it.

    Add sugar to the resulting puree. Mix well.

    Remove the zest from the orange and lemon, then squeeze the juice. The total amount of juice should be 70 ml.

    Add the zest and juice to the raspberry puree with sugar. Mix well.
