Raspberry liqueur
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Raspberry liqueur can be stored in a cool place until spring, if any is left! Over time, it will turn into a rich, thick liqueur. The key is to taste the drink after preparation and adjust the sugar level to your preference. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the raspberries thoroughly in water, then place them in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- 3
Step 3

Blend for 2-3 minutes, turning into a fragrant puree. This time is sufficient to puree the berries without crushing the seeds.
- 4
Step 4

Transfer the raspberry mixture to a liter jar or another container with a tightly sealing lid.
- 5
Step 5

Pour lemon juice into a container, add granulated sugar, and pour in vodka. Keep in mind that the alcohol must be of good quality, otherwise it will spoil the entire taste of the drink! Add sugar to taste—more sugar will make the liqueur sweeter.
- 6
Step 6

Close the jar with a lid and shake it vigorously for about 4-5 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Place the container in the refrigerator and chill for about 1-2 hours. Alternatively, you can simply keep the container in a dark, cool place for any desired amount of time. Over time, the raspberries will settle at the bottom, and the liqueur will become clearer and more vibrant in color.

Step 7

Pour the chilled raspberry drink into small glasses and serve with cheese, sweets, nuts, and honey.
