Raspberry compote for winter

40 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The drink is quick and easy to prepare. This recipe is surprisingly simple—there's no need to spend hours in the kitchen sterilizing jars. Spend just a little time, and you'll be delighted with the result when, during winter, you start opening jars of this compote and experience the taste and aroma of fresh raspberries. This beverage can be stored all winter at room temperature. It's very important to use fresh raspberries for this recipe, as you won't be cooking them. Sort through the berries, removing any debris or leaves. Pre-wash and sterilize empty jars and lids beforehand. Ready to serve.

    3. Pour the boiling syrup over the raspberries arranged in jars. Cover with lids that have been boiled in water. Seal with a canning tool. Invert the jars upside down and wrap them well with a blanket. Leave them in this position until completely cooled. That's it, the compote is ready.
