Raspberry jam with orange
Description
A recipe for preserves without needless fuss. This simple raspberry and orange jam will win over anyone who enjoys sweet-and-sour desserts. There isn’t too much sugar here, and the oranges—especially if you puree them with the zest—bring a pleasant tang and bitterness. But if you prefer things sweeter, you can tweak this raspberry–orange jam: use more sugar and less zest. Serve it at the table or keep it in the pantry.
