Raspberry cookies with chocolate
Description
Delicious baking for the whole family. The cookies turn out very tender; the raspberry aroma pairs beautifully with the chocolate. If you don’t have fresh raspberries, you can use frozen ones and fold them into the dough without thawing. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all necessary ingredients for making raspberry jam with chocolate.
- 2
Step 2

Combine the soft butter with the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the milk into the mixture and beat again.
- 4
Step 4

Combine the flour with the baking powder and mix. Sift the flour into the bowl with the mixture and knead a soft dough.
- 5
Step 5

Finely chop the chocolate and add it to the bowl with the dough.
- 6
Step 6

Add the raspberries to the dough and stir.
- 7
Step 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop the dough onto it in tablespoonfuls, spacing them apart, as the dough will spread and rise slightly when baked.
- 8
Step 8

Put the biscuits in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C. When the time is up, take out the tray and immediately carefully lift the biscuits off the baking parchment and let cool.
- 9
Step 9

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
