
Little Kiev-style cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Although the meatballs aren't made in a hurry, I still recommend giving them a try. Be sure to check the finished dish before serving.

Rinse the oyster mushrooms. Remove any excess growth from the stems. Then cut them into small pieces.

Sauté the mushrooms in butter with salt until golden brown.

Wash the herbs and finely chop.

Mix the ready oyster mushrooms with herbs and garlic pressed through a garlic press in a bowl.

Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into 8 pieces.

Pound each piece with a mallet until thin.

Grate the cold cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the mushrooms with herbs. Mix the ingredients. The filling is ready!

Place the filling onto the fillet. Also add small pieces of butter.

With wet hands, shape the Kiev-style cutlets so that they don't fall apart. Spread peppers over the surface of all the items.

Roll the cutlets in flour.
