Description
Try making these delicious muffins, which can be served with tea or coffee. They're also convenient to take to work, school, or a picnic. A great sweet snack will always be with you. To find out, serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

Take a small bowl and add brown sugar to it. Then melt the butter in a double boiler and pour it over the sugar. Rub the ingredients together thoroughly.

One by one, crack raw chicken eggs into a bowl. After each one, beat thoroughly with a whisk or mixer at medium speed.

Add ground almonds to the bowl with the ingredients. You can make it yourself or buy ready-made almond flour from the store.

Thoroughly mix the ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve several times and gradually add it in portions to the other ingredients. Knead the dough until it reaches a consistency similar to sour cream.

Place the dough into cupcake molds, filling them two-thirds full. Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cupcakes for about fifteen minutes.
