Separate two egg whites from the yolks and place them in the refrigerator. Break the remaining eggs into a deep dish, add salt, and leave overnight.

Dissolve the yeast, a spoonful of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of flour in warm milk. Place in a warm spot to ferment.

Melt the butter, add eggs, sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla sugar. Also add lemon and orange zest.
