However, with the right approach, even pasta can turn into a delicious treat—for example, by using the recipe for baking pasta in pots. This dish is perfect for a small gathering—a festive family dinner or a friendly get-together. It's tasty, inexpensive, and suitable for both meat-eaters and vegetarians—altogether, it's wonderful! In a large amount of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until almost done, but still slightly firm to the bite.

Peel the onion and chop finely with a knife.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the onion over low heat until translucent.

Add flour.

Constantly stirring with a spatula, sauté for 1-2 minutes—until the flour turns a warm golden color.

Pour in the milk and cream.

When the milk begins to boil, add the cheese grated on a grater. Do not touch the Parmesan yet! :)

Constantly stirring, bring the mixture to a thick, uniform consistency. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then mix well.
