Baked pasta
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Let me tell you, cooking pasta in the oven requires quite a bit of effort. The dish is both easy and challenging to prepare. You'll need to perform many steps and dirty plenty of dishes, but it's absolutely worth it! I love baking pasta in the oven with a generous amount of cheese and a delicious cheesy sauce. The result is juicy, hearty, and appetizing. By the way, you can serve this pasta as a side dish, but I prefer eating it as a main course, garnished with pieces of hard cheese. I hope you'll enjoy this baked pasta recipe! ;) Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

We will need two pots. In one, we will cook the pasta until half-done (if the pasta needs to be cooked for 12 minutes, we cook it for 6 minutes)! In the other pot, we will fry finely chopped pork fat.

Step 2

Fry the salo with butter.

Step 3

Add the flour and mix everything well. Then pour in the milk and mix again thoroughly until smooth. Next, pour the beaten egg into the saucepan (you can beat the egg using a whisk).

Step 4

Then add part of the grated cheese. Mix.

Step 5

By this time, our pasta will be ready. Drain the water and leave the pasta in the same pot in which we will bake it further.

Step 6

Next, add spices and mustard to our sauce. Cook everything thoroughly. Taste it. Add a little salt if needed. In the end, you should get a nice, homogeneous mixture.
