Description
The recipe won't take much time. Everyone's favorite classic—mac and cheese! It's truly delicious, especially when using several types of cheese. The dish turns out incredibly tasty. If desired, you can sprinkle the cooked pasta with freshly ground black pepper and chopped herbs. Serve hot.

1. In a small saucepan or pot, combine the milk with water and a pinch of salt, place over heat and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring during the first two minutes to prevent sticking.

2. Meanwhile, grate all the cheeses except Parmesan on a fine grater. Combine the 3 cheeses in a bowl with potato starch.

3. Add cheese and mustard to the cooked pasta. Mix well and cover with a lid.

4. Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, heat olive oil, add breadcrumbs, chopped parsley (a few sprigs), salt, and pepper. Sauté until golden brown.

5. Grate the "Parmesan" on a grater and mix with breadcrumbs, then remove the pan from heat. Sprinkle the cooked pasta with the fried mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese.
