
Pasta with tuna and tomatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It should be served hot. You can use any type of pasta. Tuna can be pan-fried, but canned works better. The whole process will take no more than half an hour, yielding about 3-4 servings of pasta. The dish is ready to be served.

1. Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, place the tuna without oil in a bowl, mash it with a fork, add diced tomatoes, chopped olives, onion, parsley, capers, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper, then mix well.

2. Place the cooked pasta into the bowl with the other ingredients, add the grated cheese. If the pasta is dry, pour in 50 milliliters of the liquid in which the pasta was boiled.
