Pasta with tuna
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I've been making tuna pasta since I was in school—whenever my parents were at work and I wanted something special. For me, pasta has always been special, so I experimented with it and eventually came up with this amazing dish. I've prepared the tuna pasta recipe for you with photos, to make it more enjoyable and easier to follow. Choose your favorite hard cheese and the type of pasta you prefer—whether it's elbows, spirals, or even spaghetti—and start cooking tuna pasta. Serve the finished dish at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Put the pasta on to cook. While it's boiling, prepare the tuna filling. First, sauté finely chopped red onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 2
Step 2

When the red onion and garlic become soft, add the spices. Stir and simmer for another minute.
- 3
Step 3

Now add the tuna to the red onion and garlic. Break it into pieces. Simmer for two minutes.

Step 4

And add the pasta. It doesn't need to be cooked all the way through. So ten minutes—while you chop the garlic and red onion, and simmer the tuna—will be quite enough.

Step 5

Place the pasta mixed with tuna, red onion, and garlic into a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese melts, about ten minutes. Do not overbake, or the cheese will burn and turn into a hard, dry crust.

Step 6

Your tuna pasta is ready. Simple and delicious. And most importantly, very quick.
