Macaroni with cheese (quick and delicious)
Description
This casserole is one of the simplest dishes to make. All you need to do is boil the pasta and grate the cheese. But once you've prepared it just once, I'm sure you'll fall in love with it and will want to make it often. The special charm of this cheesy pasta casserole lies precisely in its simplicity and the unique flavor of the finished dish. You don't need any meat or other main course to go with it. Cheese and pasta—this is perfect for both lunch and dinner. The casserole is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Personally, I put the pasta into boiling water, add salt, bring to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat, stir, and tightly cover with a lid (you can also wrap it with a towel), letting it sit for about 15 minutes. During this time, I stir the pasta once more to prevent it from sticking together. After 15 minutes, I drain the pasta in a colander. The result is fluffy, perfectly cooked pasta that isn't overdone.

Step 2

Well, the pasta is ready, so let's proceed directly to the casserole. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Place half of the pasta on the bottom, then generously sprinkle with cheese finely grated on a grater. You can use absolutely any cheese; parmesan combined with mozzarella works very well.

Step 3

Next, layer the remaining pasta and pour the tomato sauce over it. This should be done specifically on the second layer of pasta to allow the sauce to soak through the entire casserole. Finally, generously sprinkle with grated cheese again.

Step 4

Place the casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the ready casserole garnished with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
