
Pasta with dried mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Any dried mushrooms will work for making pasta with dried mushrooms. It's best to soak them overnight, and then use the soaking liquid to make a delicious mushroom soup. You can use any type of pasta you prefer. However, vermicelli or thin pasta works best. The main thing is not to overcook the pasta, otherwise it will turn into a mushy mess. The finished dish can now be served.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the dried mushrooms and place them in a bowl. Cover with cold water and let soak for 8 hours.

Transfer the mushrooms to a saucepan and add the soaking water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer the mushrooms for 30–40 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, and bring to a boil. Add pasta to the boiling water and cook until done. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water. Let all the water drain off completely.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the onion.

Remove the mushrooms from the broth, slice them, and add to the pan with the onion.
