Pasta with sausages
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you need to know, the finished dish can be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Put water in a saucepan for cooking pasta and place over heat. When it boils, add the pasta, salt, and stir. Cook the pasta exactly as long as indicated on the package by the manufacturer. On average, this takes 5–10 minutes. It's better to choose pasta made from durum wheat, as it is much healthier. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and rinse with water.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Add the pasta and diced sausages to the pan. It's best if the sausages are cheese-filled, but regular ones will work perfectly fine too.

Step 3

In a separate skillet, prepare the sauce. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, add tomato paste, mayonnaise, ketchup, a little water, salt, pepper, and thoroughly mix all ingredients until smooth. Simmer the sauce over low heat for two to three minutes, covered. Then add the onion sliced into rings.

Step 4

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves as finely as possible (you can press them through a garlic press or grate on a fine grater). Thoroughly wash the herbs and finely chop them with a knife. You can use parsley, dill, green onion, cilantro, or basil.

Step 5

Pour the resulting sauce over the pasta with sausages. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes. Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
