Pasta with spicy shrimp and salmon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any pasta; ideally, choose durum wheat varieties, but regular spaghetti or noodles will work too. Shrimp and salmon are a matter of taste and budget. You can use more or less of them, and substitute the salmon with any other kind of salmon-type fish (such as trout, Atlantic salmon, or more economical options). 1. Place a pot of water over heat, add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, then add the pasta and cook until done, keeping it slightly firm. Drain the water. 2. Rinse the salmon and cut it into cubes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add the salmon and sauté. 3. Wash and chop the leek, peel and press the garlic, wash and dice the yellow tomatoes into small cubes. 4. Remove the salmon from the pan. Add butter, then sauté the leek and garlic, and add the tomatoes. 5. After 5 minutes, pour in fish broth, add all the spices and white wine, and bring the mixture to a boil. 6. Add the peeled shrimp, along with the string beans, and sauté for a couple of minutes. 7. Add the previously cooked pasta, mix well and heat through. Finally, add the fried salmon, mix thoroughly, cover with a lid, and turn off the heat. 8. Serve the dish hot in portions, each with shrimp and pieces of salmon.
