Pasta with meat in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can use any meat—I'm using pork today. For a quick version, go with chicken, as it cooks relatively fast. The pasta can be any shape, but it must be of good quality and made from durum wheat; otherwise, you risk ending up with porridge instead of pasta with meat. This is the perfect dish for a busy day when you don't have time or energy to stand by the stove, but still want to treat your loved ones to a tasty home-cooked meal. Keep this recipe in mind. Serve hot.

Instructions

    Step 2

    Step 2

Turn on the multicooker and select the "Sauté" or "Baking" mode on the control panel, depending on the configuration of your specific appliance. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Heat it and add the meat cut into small pieces.

Continue cooking for another couple of minutes.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

    Add the pasta.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Mix. Fry the pasta with the meat for a minute without water. Each noodle should be coated with a thin layer of oil so that they turn out slightly separated and do not clump together.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Now pour boiling water into the multicooker pot. You'll need enough water to just cover the pasta. Salt it as you normally would for pasta, then close the lid.

  11. 11

    Step 11

    Step 11

Cook the pasta with minced meat using the "Pasta" program for the time indicated on the pasta package plus an additional 5 minutes for the multicooker. I cooked the pasta for 10 minutes as indicated on the package plus another 5 minutes, totaling 15 minutes. If you don't have this setting, select "Stewing".

    Step 12

Pasta with meat in a multicooker is ready.
