Pasta with chicken in cheese sauce
Description
You can use any pasta shapes you prefer or have on hand. I decided to make this dish for dinner and didn't regret it—everyone really enjoyed the familiar and beloved taste. You can use any part of chicken; I used chicken fillet, which I marinated in soy sauce, then fried in a pan with cheese, and added the cooked pasta to this mixture. This amount of ingredients is enough for 1–2 servings.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and place in a plastic container. Pour in soy sauce and add water until the fillet is completely submerged. Marinate the meat for 1 hour so it won't turn out dry.

Step 2

2. After an hour, I take out the meat, wipe it with paper towels, and slice it into plates or pieces of another shape.

Step 3

3. Place the pan on the heat, heat it well, then add the chicken pieces and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- 4
Step 4

4. After that, I pour a small amount of water into the meat, add sour cream, and after boiling, add ground black pepper and salt.
- 5
Step 5

5. Add soft processed cheese to the chicken.
- 6
Step 6

6. Reduce the heat to minimum and stir in the cheese, heating until completely melted.
- 7
Step 7

7. I sauté over the lowest heat for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- 8
Step 8

8. Cook pasta (any kind), then drain the water and transfer the pasta to a frying pan, mix, cover with a lid, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 9

9. The pasta and meat have absorbed the cheesy sauce; I always serve the dish hot.
