Pasta with minced meat in cheese sauce
Description
Excellent pasta casserole. Sauté onions with ground meat in a pan, adding spices to taste. Cook the pasta and prepare a sauce from eggs, grated cheese, cream, and spices. In a baking dish, place half of the pasta, then the meat mixture, and on top the remaining pasta. Pour the sauce over the dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the cover 5 minutes before completion to allow a golden crust to form. Serve hot.

Cook the pasta until done.

Sauté the chopped onion in a skillet, then add the ground meat and spices, and cook for a few more minutes.

Place half of the macaroni on the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Then the meat mixture and on top the remaining pasta.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the cream, grated cheese, salt, and spices. Mix well.
