
Pasta with sauce
Description
I think you can find such a sauce in various cuisines; in our cuisine, this sauce can be compared to ajika, provided that the sauce is served raw. Peel the tomatoes by dipping them into boiling water for a couple of minutes. You can add lemon juice or table vinegar to the finished sauce if you want to add some tartness. If you don't want the sauce raw, cook it through.

3. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the hot pepper in half and remove the seeds. Wash all of them.
