Description
Pasta with Bolognese sauce is not only quick but also very delicious! The ingredients are minimal and likely already available in any kitchen. You can use any kind of ground meat: pork, beef, chicken, or mixed. Overall, the recipe is not much different from how we usually prepare pasta with ground meat, but there are a few subtle nuances. Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the diced onion onto a heated frying pan with oil.

Sauté the onion until soft, then add the minced meat, salt, and spices.

Fry, breaking up the meat mixture with a spatula, until the meat is fully cooked.

Then add the bell pepper cut into strips.

Cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and diced garlic. Optionally, add a little water.

While the filling is cooking, you can simultaneously boil the pasta in salted water and drain it in a colander to remove all the water.
