French-style macaroni
Description
Here is French-style pasta made at home. A simple, hearty, and very delicious dish! It's perfect for those tired of the usual meals of soup, a main course with a cutlet, and compote, and who are eager to try something completely new, vibrant, and tasty! I highly recommend everyone give it a try—it's delicious and easy.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion in it until golden, sliced into half-rings. You can also add a couple of garlic cloves, a bay leaf, and spices to taste.

Step 2

2. Separately cook the pasta and asparagus until half-done. I cook them together directly in the prepared broth, then transfer them along with the remaining broth into a baking dish. If you prefer to do everything by the rules, boil the asparagus and pasta separately, then place them into the baking dish and pour the broth over them.

Step 3

3. When the pasta, asparagus, and broth are in place, add the sauce. For this, mix the softened butter, cream, grated mozzarella, and spices. Stir, then add the onion with the remaining butter and mix again. Now, sprinkle the entire mixture with a blend of flour and breadcrumbs.

Step 4

4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees, or if you have a new powerful oven with a grill, bake under the grill for 6-10 minutes. Divide into portions and serve!
