
Sailor-style pasta in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you don't have a multicooker, use a frying pan or a pot. You can use any type of pasta. The minced meat can be prepared at home or purchased ready-made. Chicken, turkey, beef, pork, or a mixture of these meats will work well. This dish is served hot, it's delicious and filling, perfect for a family dinner. Serve hot.

1. Peel the onion and carrot, wash them, then cut into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.

2. Place the prepared vegetables after the countdown starts, sauté everything for about fifteen minutes, then add the ready-made minced meat.

3. Add one egg to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well, and fry until the program ends, stirring constantly.

4. Add the pasta to the bowl, pour in water, set the "Pilaf" mode for 35 minutes, and close the lid.

5. Even if there is still water left in the bowl after the process is complete, leave the pasta in the bowl—they will absorb the remaining water well.
