
Sailor-style pasta with liver
Description
An extremely simple dish to prepare, which you can make using pre-boiled liver stored in the refrigerator. Sailor-style pasta can be taken on trips or to work, and can also be frozen in the freezer.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Rinse the pork or beef liver in water beforehand and soak it either in milk or water to remove bitterness. Then cut into pieces and place in a saucepan. Pour warm water over it and boil for 20–25 minutes.

Remove the boiled liver, cut into cubes, and place in the grinder bowl to puree. Alternatively, chop into small cubes.

Cook the pasta in salted water until almost done. Check the cooking time on the pasta packaging.

Peel the onion, rinse it in water, chop into small cubes, and sauté in heated vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Drain the pasta broth and add the pasta to the pan with the sautéed onion. Fry the contents for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped boiled liver, salt to taste, and mix. Simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
