Sailor-style pasta with minced meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. My dish will definitely appeal to all food lovers! I've prepared not just classic "Fleet Spaghetti," but also added a fragrant vegetable sauce made of tomatoes, garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Who can resist that? Take a look and give it a try! When choosing pasta, I prefer those made from durum wheat. The dish will look extra appetizing if you garnish it with fresh herbs before serving. Let's get started. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. The recipe for sailor-style macaroni with minced meat is quite simple. First, wash and dry the meat (it's best to use a piece of beef and pork). Pass it through a meat grinder or chop it in a blender.
- 2
Step 2

2. Now you can prepare the vegetables. Wash the tomatoes and make small cuts on them. Dip them in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then cool and remove the skin. Wash the sweet pepper, dry it, and remove the seeds and stem. Peel the onion and garlic.
- 3
Step 3

3. All the vegetables can be placed in a blender and pureed until smooth. If desired, you can also add carrots, chili pepper, or other vegetables.
- 4
Step 4

4. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. If desired, you can add a halved garlic clove to infuse the oil with its aroma. Remove the fried garlic before proceeding.
- 5
Step 5

5. Now you can add the minced meat to the pan. It needs to be stirred constantly, breaking up any lumps that may form during frying.
- 6
Step 6

6. If desired, you can add a little red wine to the meat mixture in the skillet. The alcohol vapors will dissipate quite quickly, leaving only the wine flavor.
- 7
Step 7

7. When the minced meat has browned slightly, add the mashed vegetables. Now season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can also add dried herbs or meat spices.
- 8
Step 8

8. While the meat sauce is cooking, you can boil the pasta in salted water. When ready, drain the pasta in a colander and, if desired, drizzle with a few drops of oil.

Step 9

9. Combine the pasta with the sauce, mix thoroughly. Cook over heat for another 2-3 minutes. That's it—homemade sailor-style pasta with minced meat is ready to be served.
