Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Instead of wine, you can add chicken broth to the sauce, but it's the wine that gives the dish its particularly delicious aroma. If you decide to use wine, keep the sauce over heat until the alcohol smell has completely dissipated. You can also add chopped chicken breast to this dish. Serve "Carbonara" pasta with garlic bread and fresh salad leaves. The dish is ready to be served.

    Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bacon into small slices. Cook the pasta.
