Pasta stuffed with chicken and mushrooms
Description
A couple of years ago, I tried this dish in Italy, and back then I brought home from that wonderful country a recipe for chicken and mushroom stuffed pasta shells. True, it was difficult to find such shells here for a long time, but now they are available in every store, so you can treat your family to this delicious dish almost every day. And if you still don't know,
Instructions

Step 1

First, we cook the pasta until it's "almost done." While the shells are boiling, we finely chop the boiled chicken and place it in a bowl together with the sliced mushrooms.
- 2
Step 2

Add cream cheese, pesto, minced garlic, and half a cup of grated Parmesan to the meat and mushrooms, and mix well.

Step 3

When the pasta is cooked to the desired state, that is, slightly undercooked, we drain it into a colander and rinse the pasta under cold water. Then we fill each shell with the previously prepared filling.

Step 4

Pour the marinara sauce into a baking dish. Instead of marinara, you can use natural tomato paste with vegetables, diluted with a small amount of water or cream. Carefully place the stuffed pasta into the sauce, with the filled side facing up.
- 5
Step 5

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the shells.
- 6
Step 6

Place the dish in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal, everyone!
