Mayonnaise with garlic
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. The perfect complement to any meal, and preparation takes only a few minutes. The mayonnaise turns out tender and airy, while the addition of garlic and ground pepper gives it a unique, spicy flavor. You can optionally add any fresh herbs. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Eggs are used raw, so it's best to use the freshest ones purchased from a trusted seller. Instead of whole eggs, you can use only yolks. The sauce will have a slightly thicker consistency, a richer flavor, and a more creamy color. Use any odorless oil. Even a scent you particularly like in oil may spoil the taste of the mayonnaise. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.

Step 2

Pour the vegetable oil into the blender container or a deep dish that will be convenient for beating.
- 3
Step 3

Add the eggs and lemon juice.
- 4
Step 4

Lower the blender into the glass so that the blade attachment covers the eggs.
- 5
Step 5

Holding the immersion blender at the bottom of the bowl, blend until almost the entire mixture turns white. Once this happens, start moving the attachment up and down, incorporating all the layers of the sauce. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little more oil. I didn't add any.

Step 6

Then add a little salt and pepper, minced garlic. You can add 1/2 tsp of sugar. Continue whisking the sauce until you get a fluffy and smooth white mixture.
- 7
Step 7

Mayonnaise with garlic is ready.

Step 8

Transfer the mayonnaise to a glass or ceramic container with a lid, or serve immediately. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 3-4 days. The specified ingredients yield approximately 300 ml of sauce. This mayonnaise is excellent for dressing vegetable salads, as a sauce for fish, poultry, and meat. I particularly enjoy croutons or potato pancakes with this mayonnaise.
