The main thing is that the mayonnaise should keep its shape and not lose its thickness. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the beet in advance and rinse it under water.

    Break the chicken eggs into the deep container of the blender, then add salt and ground black pepper.
