Description
The classic recipe calls for eggs, but if you don't eat them or are fasting, this ingredient can easily be replaced. The base of this fasting mayonnaise consists of nuts, mustard, vinegar, and plain drinking water. This mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.

Soak the nuts in advance for 3-4 hours, then drain in a colander and set aside.

Place the nuts and minced garlic into the blender bowl, pour in the juice of one lemon, apple cider vinegar, add mustard and salt.
