Description

The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Cheese mayonnaise can be served with soup, pasta, boiled potatoes, or used as a salad dressing. It can also be spread over meat or fish before baking. For extra flavor, you can add spices and herbs after preparation. While blending, do not pour in the oil in large portions, as the mixture may separate and the mayonnaise won't set. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
