The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Homemade mayonnaise has always been popular among home cooks, and there are many variations for making it. I suggest using the brine from canned corn as a base. It's quite easy to make an eggless vegetarian mayonnaise using this brine. In taste, this mayonnaise is no different from regular mayonnaise, although it's not quite as thick as store-bought versions. However, after spending a couple of hours in the refrigerator, the vegetarian mayonnaise becomes close in thickness to the regular one. It's perfect for people fasting, suitable as a salad dressing or an addition to other dishes. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with meals.
