Maina

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade pastry for tea. Maina differs from other pies by having noodles in the filling. Combined with a meat component it turns out unusual and tasty. I used chicken liver, but any boiled meat can be used. The pie goes well with soups, broths, as well as with tea and coffee. It is a good snack for any table and a wonderful bite at any time of day. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
