Muffins in the microwave
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I suggest you make muffins in the microwave. Muffins are delicious! They cook very fast in the microwave, so your family won't have to drool waiting for this wonderful, aromatic dessert. Serve with tea or coffee. This pastry also goes well with kefir and milk.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and flour. Knead the dough for making chocolate muffins. For those who prefer to do everything quickly and easily, here's a tip: put all the listed ingredients into a blender container and blend at full power for 3-4 minutes. The batter will be ready.

Add cocoa powder to the resulting mixture. I use alkalized cocoa, which has a pronounced chocolate flavor. Instead of cocoa, you can melt a chocolate bar and use it. Incorporate the cocoa into the dough.

Knead the dough, adding a little vegetable oil to it.

For muffins, I use cupcake molds and paper liners. You can't bake directly in the paper liners alone—they're too thin. They usually serve as packaging (wrappers) for muffins. These paper liners prevent the batter from sticking to the mold. Place the batter into the liners.

Set the microwave to medium temperature. Bake the muffins until done. My muffins were ready in 10 minutes.
