Step 1

1. To prepare the dough, mix slightly softened butter with sugar and cream until smooth. Add vanilla, baking powder, eggs, and gradually sift in the flour. The dough should be soft and easily come away from your hands.

Step 2

2. Divide the dough into two parts (one slightly larger than the other). Divide each part according to the number of molds. In this case, the recipe for jam muffins makes 12 pieces. Place the dough into the molds, shaping small edges.

Step 3

3. Carefully place the jam in the center. In this case, it's raspberry, but you can use any jam you have at home.

Step 4

4. Spread the second part of the dough over the jam, thereby enclosing it inside. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake until done, about 20 minutes.

Step 5

5. Sprinkle slightly cooled muffins with powdered sugar, if desired. You can also top the jam muffins with cocoa, icing, or nuts, for example.

Step 6

6. One of the best options is a topping or your favorite syrup. That's the secret to making jam-filled muffins. Incredibly delicious and beautiful.
