
Muffins with cottage cheese cream
Description
Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. You can add food coloring to the finished cottage cheese cream so it looks brighter and more attractive. Cocoa is not a required ingredient. Baking powder works in place of baking soda as well. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, beat in the chicken eggs, add the sugar, and add 100 grams of butter.

Add the flour, baking soda, and cocoa.

Mix everything well.

Place the dough in silicone molds.

Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 190°C for 20–25 minutes.

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the butter and the remaining sugar.

Using a piping tip, decorate the muffins with cottage cheese cream. Just keep in mind that they must not be hot.
