Description

    1. Prepare the muffin batter. Beat softened butter with salt and sugar using a mixer, gradually adding eggs one at a time while continuing to beat until light and fluffy. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder, and mix well. Grease the cupcake molds with vegetable oil and fill them halfway with the batter.

    2. Peel the sausages and cut each one into three equal pieces. Place one piece in the center of each dough mold.

    3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees until done. The dough will rise and turn golden brown; insert a wooden toothpick to make sure the muffins are ready. The toothpick should come out dry.
