
Muffins with rolled oats and apples
Description
Perfect with tea or coffee. Oat and apple muffins turn out soft and fluffy. The apples give a wonderful aroma, and with oats the bake is wholesome, economical, and filling.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the kefir into a bowl, add the sugar and oats, and mix.

Add the baking powder and mix.

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.

Add the apples to the dough, add ground cinnamon and mix.

Crack the chicken egg into the dough and mix.
