
Cinnamon muffins with coffee glaze

1. Prepare the topping. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Set aside. Make the muffins. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add butter, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.
