Cinnamon Muffins
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The muffins turn out light and fluffy. The secret to their fluffiness lies in adding baking powder. I use cinnamon for sprinkling—it adds a pleasant spiciness to the finished baked goods. I recommend serving warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter and add granulated sugar to it. For muffins, you don't need the most expensive butter; I use budget brands when it comes to baking.

Step 2

Add the chicken eggs to the mixture. Stir and add the baking powder with flour and a pinch of salt. Mix the dough again.

Step 3

Add sour cream to the muffin batter. Mix well. The batter should not be too thick. Knead it thoroughly.

Step 4

Place the dough into the molds. Sprinkle cinnamon mixed with sugar on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 5

Now boil the kettle and pour yourself a hot cup of tea or coffee. These drinks go perfectly with muffins.
