
Broccoli Muffins
Description

Wash the broccoli and boil for 3 minutes in salted water. Then remove the vegetable and place it in ice water for 7 minutes.

Beat the slightly softened butter with sugar using a mixer. Then add the eggs and continue beating until a uniform consistency is achieved. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, turmeric, pepper, salt, and coarsely grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease the molds with butter. Place one dry broccoli floret in each mold and pour the batter over it, making sure the vegetable is completely covered.

Bake the muffins for 25 minutes, then you can serve them immediately!
