
Muffins with peanut butter
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Instead of a chocolate bar, you can use chocolate chips. The bar can be either grated or chopped into pieces. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The pasta, eggs, and milk should be at room temperature.

Pour sugar into a deep bowl, add the eggs and peanut butter, and pour in the milk.

Whisk all the ingredients until smooth.

Place the butter in the microwave for a few seconds, transfer it to a bowl, and once again whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder; if desired, you can add a little vanilla sugar for aroma.

Grate the dark chocolate on a coarse grater, add it to the batter, mix once more, and let the batter rest for a few minutes.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Fill them two-thirds full with batter, then place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes on the conventional top-and-bottom heat setting. Check for doneness with a wooden toothpick.
