Muffins with sour cream
Description
You'll definitely love this sour cream muffin recipe! Even though there are quite a few ingredients, it's worth it—they turn out incredibly light and tender, like little clouds! Try them; I was absolutely thrilled! They taste just like they're from a bakery, but it's twice as satisfying when you make them yourself. The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.

Step 1

1. Mix all the "wet" ingredients separately. Beat the egg whites in a mixer and add them to the mixture last. Mix the dry ingredients separately.

Step 2

2. Next, combine these ingredients and mix until smooth. Prepare the filling: peel and toast the nuts, and soak the prunes in water, then squeeze them dry.

Step 3

3. Place a small amount of dough into the molds, then sprinkle with the filling. I also topped mine with sugar and cinnamon. This is optional.

Step 4

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the "toothpick test" comes out clean. Done!
